Who We Are
It all started in 2009 with Victoria, our founder and president of Barks All Natural. Having worked for so long as a veterinarian and realizing what poorly produced food does to dogs, she decided to leave her career as a vet and start a company that cares about dogs’ nutrition. Barks All Natural became a hit and was growing rapidly. Having realized that the digital world was increasing rapidly, Victoria decided that the company needed a Vice President of Technology. Hunter Tigert joined the team in 2012, leaving a career of 10 years where he was the VP of Technology at Chewy! That same year, the team realized that Barks was not only growing rapidly, but it was growing into different cultures and ethnicities. The team hired Miguel Cisneros, our VP of Innovation. Miguel, being bilingual, was a great choice, since he was also the VP of Innovation for about 10 years at IAMS. To keep the company growing, the team needed to hire a VP of Marketing. The team wanted to hire only the best of the best, and in 2014, Barks added none other than Ashley Johnson to the team, who previously worked with highly accredited brands in the dog food industry for 10 years! Last, but not least, the team added Kendall Densman as the VP of Customer Service and Outreach in 2016. Barks All Natural prides itself in not only providing the best quality food, but also providing the best quality customer service, and that is why we chose Kendall, who previously worked as the VP of Customer service at PetSmart for over 6 years.
Meet The Team
Victoria Luckenbill
President
Victoria joined our team 8 years ago with over 15 years of experience as a veterinarian under her belt. After constantly seeing what poorly produced food does to dogs and puppies she decided she wanted to make a change. Now Victoria spends her time here at Barks All Natural Studying the nutritional benefits of different ingredients insuring that all of our products are top quality for ours and your fur babies! having such a highly acclaimed vet as our VP of Products and Services is what puts Barks All Natural ahead of the game. Because of Victoria’s past as a practicing veterinarian, she understands that when it comes to questions about your pup’s health and nutrition, there is no better person to answer your questions than a licensed veterinarian. she can be contacted during all business hours via email or phone call to answer all your needs. Victoria is a proud mom of a 3 month old Husky/Lab mix named Gunner. When Victoria is not working she volunteers at Prevent A Litter, which is a nonprofit organization that fixes dogs to help prevent overpopulation and homelessness. We are glad to have Victoria on our team!
Miguel Cisneros
VP of Innovation
Miguel is a huge asset to the Barks All Natural team! By constantly thinking several steps ahead and aligning our company around strategies and tactics for growth, Miguel has played a huge role in transforming our company to where we are today. He came to us 5 years ago after serving for 10 years as the VP of Innovation for Iams. Miguel’s previous experiences and his drive to be a team player makes him a huge asset to our team. One of the many things about Miguel that helps elevate our company to the next level is the fact that he is bilingual. Miguel is able to diversify our company so that people from all different cultures can easily navigate through our website and access our products. Miguel is the proud dad of a German Shepherd named Zola. He has had Zola for one year and when he is not at work, they enjoy taking naps and going to the river. Miguel also enjoys volunteering at Paws Shelter of Central Texas. We are glad to have Miguel as a part of our Team!
Ashley Johnson
VPÂ of marketing
Overseeing all the Social, local, and mobile marketing, Ashley is a vital part of our team here at Barks All Natural. Ashley came to us 3 years ago bearing 10 years of experience in the marketing and videography field. She has made a name for herself in the marketing field due to her experiences working for highly accredited brands such as Purina and Taste of the Wild. She has a huge love for animals, especially dogs! Ashley is the proud mom of a playful 8 month old miniature dachshund named bear. When Ashley is not working she volunteers with Lucky Dog Animal Rescue as one of the adoption coordinators. She markets the pups and ensures that each fur baby is placed into their perfect forever home. We love having Ashely on our team!
Kendall Densman
VP of Customer Service and Outreach
Kendall is our amazing VP of Customer Service and outreach who oversees all subscription renewal activities and customer engagement. She is responsible for maintaining connection with you post sale to ensure that you are taking advantage of all of our resources and are excited to be a part of the Barks All Natural community. When you have any questions, concerns, or compliments, Kendall is your go to girl! She will either provide you with a solution immediately or connect you to the resource you are looking for. Kendall is our newest team member at Barks All Natural, celebrating her 1st full year here in December. Kendall came to us with 6 years of experience as the VP of Customer Service and Outreach for Petsmart and brings a lot of knowledge to the table! She met her sweet fur baby, a Toy Yorkie, 7 years ago and they have been inseparable ever since. When Kendall is not at work she enjoys volunteering at the San Marcos Animal Shelter. We love having Kendall on our team!
Hunter Tigert
VP of Technology
Hunter, our Vice President of Technology, oversees all our website solutions, accounts, and technology! He is the reason we can conveniently cater to you from anywhere! With 5Â years of service for Barks All Natural, Hunter is one of our most seasoned employees! He came to us with 10 years of experience in the technology field and consistently puts our visions into motion. Hunter worked as the VP of Technology for Chewy before he came to Barks All Natural. Having served in the distribution side of dog food and products, Hunter is able to bring a different perspective to the table. When Hunter is not working, he enjoys spending time with his 4 year old pup Matt. Hunter also enjoys volunteering at Austin Pets Alive. Hunter oversees their website and he updates it with their current dogs and cats available for adoption so that they can be rescued as soon as possible! At Barks All Natural we make it a priority to not only serve you but to spend our times serving and fighting for the pups who are still struggling to find their forever home. Hunter is a great representation of what we stand for and we are lucky to have him on our team!
